Thinking about yourself and taking care of yourself can be an important thing to do. I never really thought about it to be honest but it's such an important part of life. We get so busy and stuck in our daily lives. The most important part is that we forget about ourselves. I have three children, ages two, six and eight, so my focus is always on taking care of them and making sure that I meet their busy needs. Forgetting about I think this impression will help me appreciate and not appreciate the things I know I need to be loved by the person most important to me.
